Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For other cases, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
